Provided by Business Training Experts (BTE), this course consists of 23 modules that are self-directed by the employee. Each module consists of pre-discussion questions, a video presentation and note-taking guide, post-discussion questions, a group exercise, a quiz, and a personal action plan. This program is designed to build soft skills by teaching employees how to handle conflict resolution, deal with difficult employees, utilize their influence as leaders, and mentor other employees.

You have one year to complete this training from the time of receipt of the binder. Please submit your quizzes periodically to training@ketek.ca so we can monitor your progress with the course. Any time you spend on this training is to be coded to J-Training, Task Line – 3010 MISC TRAINING– with a note stating “Leadership Journey – module #”.
