
In a series of nine videos, employees learn about risk tolerance, approaching others to reduce risk, reasons for intervening, strategies for engaging another employee in conversation about safety, and getting past the barriers of difficult conversations. In this course, employees are evaluated with a written assessment.
Objective: To establish an awareness of knowledge, skills, and behaviours associated with intervening in hazardous situations.
