
The intent and purpose of this program is to welcome and orient new Employees to Ketek Group Inc. and familiarize him/her with the various personnel, site locations, safety guidelines and policies pertaining to his/her place of employment.
All new hires identified by the Safety, Training, Payroll, and Human Resources Departments will be taken through the program and will participate in this process before being assigned to the job of which he/she was hired for. All Ketek Group Employees who have currently taken this training will be responsible for completing the Annual Safety Education Refresher Training (ASERT) Program.
Upon completion of this training, the Employee will be subsequently mentored and coached by an individual(s) in his/her department with experiential knowledge in the relevant department.
